Felt this was worthy of another post, especially now that the client has the pattern imprinted concrete done to finish the whole thing off, it’s looking spectacular👌 this garden room is built to the same spec you would find in a modern day house, will be cosy with minimum heating in the winter and cool in the summer, basically a detached extension to your home. Becoming ever more popular, this cracker of a garden room was completed today for a great repeat client, it was a pleasure to work on, when the great Scottish weather allowed, perfect for that extra space to add to your house and garden, home bar, man cave, reading/music room, hot tub shack even a small home business: hairdresser/barbers, beauty/nail treatment, tattoo parlour the list is endless, built to a very high spec fully insulated, power supply and maintance free cladding.

We were recently involved in transforming an old dilapidated space into this stunning Cheesecake Shop you can find on Linlithgow Main Street.

Underneath the old wooden boards stood original sandstone which became the perfect featured wall.

The cheesecake is top notch we were lucky to get a few samples when we were there 😛

I'm going to give you some background on the people responsible for the creation of this page.
It's all in the name.
We are Kempiks.
The sons and grandsons of George(Jerzy) Kempik. Who died in 1969 aged 47.
A man displaced from the country of his birth by the rise of Adolf Hi**er and the N**i state.
Dad came to Scotland after the war having served first as a German Soldier, forcibly conscripted, who then deserted and willingly joined the Free Poles under General Anders in Italy.
When he was resettled here in Scotland he went back to being a coal miner. Met and married our mother, who had 4 children. They went on to have 8 of their own children who then went onto have 13 great grand children to George and Mattie.
Four of whom at present are involved in the brand we are calling Kempik.
George, the oldest of George's sons, a joiner.
Craig the youngest of George's sons, a joiner.
Ross the oldest of Craig's sons, a joiner.
And Scott the youngest of Craig's son's, a graphic designer and responsible for very much of what he will show you of the work done by his Uncle, Dad and brother.
George(Jerzy) Kempik would be very proud.

Kempik is the new page for our Joinery & Carpentry services (previously Professionally Fitted).

We have chosen to do this as each of our expert carpenter/ joiners - Craig, George and Ross have all built a tremendous reputation under the rather unique surname - Kempik.

Our new website and graphics are also designed by one of our own Scott Kempik.
