Following our recent success in securing the air conditioning service, installation and maintenance contract at the Renaissance Club, we’re delighted to announce that we have now also been awarded the refrigeration contract, starting this May.

Being trusted to look after both the air conditioning and refrigeration systems at such a prestigious site is something we’re extremely proud of, and it’s a great reflection of the hard work our engineers put in every day.

We’re delighted to announce that OLR has successfully secured the refrigeration maintenance contract for the Delta Hotel by Marriot Edinburgh. 🖊️

We’ll be responsible for the ongoing maintenance, service and installation of all refrigeration equipment across the site, ensuring everything continues to operate efficiently and reliably.

Alongside this, we’ll also be supporting their catering equipment, working closely with one of our trusted specialist partners. This allows us to provide the client with a fully coordinated, single-point service solution, making maintenance simpler, more streamlined, and easier to manage.

It’s always a privilege to be trusted by well-known hospitality venues, and we’re looking forward to building a strong working relationship with the team in Edinburgh. 🏨

Another early start for OLR at the Renaissance this morning, one of the engineers sent over this photo just before sunrise. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 ⛳️

Air conditioning PPM completed and everything running exactly as it should.

All equipment has now been fully asset tagged for clear identification and compliance tracking, and we’ll be issuing a detailed condition report along with the updated F-Gas certification.

Our client will now benefit from having live access through their online account where they can track assets, view service history, monitor costs and see repairs in real time.

No chasing. No guessing. Just full visibility.

That’s the standard we set for our contract clients.
