The public consultation period for the development of the old boating lake has now ended! 🎬

We would like to thank everyone that has engaged and written in, we will now correlate the responses into a format where we can begin analysing the data. Your feedback and ideas will form the basis of the final design which will be submitted for planning permission!

We estimate this next phase of work to take us into early September and the preparation of the planning application following on shortly after.

We will ensure our socials and website are kept up to date so keep an eye out for the progress!🛶

Not every project requires planning and Building Regulations, some just need 3D visuals.
We get it, reading 2D plans can be confusing and misleading, we also get that some clients just can’t visualise a space so we offer a 3D modelling service which mocks a room or building up with furniture and scale to give you the visualisation you were missing🪄✨

New build bungalow with detached garage in a rural location🏡
This is a bit of a tricky site in terms of planning, historically being part of a separate dwellings front garden and forming part of a rural lane which typically doesn’t have any current built form on.

A successful turn out to Helena Dollimores MP meeting yesterday to ‘Improving our seafront’🌊☀️
We had the opportunity to discuss our Boating Lake proposal with some members of the local community and able to hear some initial feedback from locals.

Our online consultation period is running until Monday 27th July so lots of time remaining to get your comments and feedback in - we want to hear from you!

Lots of people want to see a better use of the boating lake area. It’s great that Hawkins & Hawkins are now asking people’s views on the future of the boating lake and you can read more at the link below. They have put forward an informal proposal but nothing has been formally proposed yet.
