Our focus is on providing a good service to our clients, solving hot tub and swimming pool issues that require experience and tools! We are not an on-line shop (although we do local deliveries) and we do not have a retail counter. We used to run the pool sh

op based at Blackbrooks Garden Centre, Sedlescome, East Sussex, but moved in 2025 to focus our attention on service work. We provide pool services from one off service visits, pump repairs, solving filtration issues, chemical testing to replacement liners, new covers and salt or UV systems to reduce chemical use. Be it a scheduled spring open up, regular cleaning, repairs, upgrades or problem solving. We help look after pools every day. We also provide hot tub services from fault finding, repairs, servicing and cleaning to relocations from one property to another.

Are you looking to lower your energy costs? An air source heat pump is a fantastic upgrade to your pool or hot tub!

We are pleased to offer a brand new Vian C5 Plus air source heat pump for sale for only £600! We were originally selling these units for £995, but we are now clearing excess stock. This means you’re saving nearly £400!

The heat pump is fitted with a titanium heat exchanger, so it is safe for use with all common pool chemicals. It is also whisper quiet in operation!

The heat pump has a maximum power rating of 5kW, and can heat a small above ground pool or hot tub up to a maximum water capacity of 20 metres cubed (20,000 litres).

This price includes delivery within 15 miles of our office in Hastings, free of charge. Pipe fittings, pipe insulation, and a full installation service can be provided on request.
