The steel is here, and the substructure phase is almost complete ✅

We've had another big week on the Imps Territory Development project, and we're ready to make big strides in the upcoming weeks.

Thanks to Rase Steels Construction & Civils Ltd for the fabrication and supply of the superstructure, helping prepare the site for the next phase of works, and to Daniel Charles Construction Ltd for carrying out the excavation and civils.

The Murph's Lounge: Before, During, After 📸

The Imps Territory Development is making great progress as we reach the four-week mark of the project.

While it has been sad to see Murph's Lounge go, we can't wait to see the new event and hospitality space come together, ready for Imps Championship season.

Phase one of the Imps Territory development is underway, as our team started the renovation work at the LNER Stadium this week, applying an industrial coating system to the club's main stand.

Gen2 Construction has been contracted to support Lincoln City Football Club in the construction of their new Imps Territory development, a multi-million-pound investment that will transform their events and hospitality space ahead of the 2026/27 football season.

We're delighted to get started with the work, the beginning of an exciting couple of months for Gen2 and the football club.
