Our top of the range Bow Bread Knives are made out of solid Oak and are great for cutting fresh bread. Regular Knives tend to wander when cutting and you tend to end up with uneven slices. The bow helps keep the blade nice and tight and also acts as a reference point for the thickness of the slices.
