Our building team specialise in cost effective new build homes as well as barn conversions and building extensions. Our eperienced ground works teams specialise in concrete finishing – power floated floors, large agricultural and industrial concrete floors, foundations and underpinning. Our enthusiastic staff all have their own individual experience and professional skills within the building and

construction sector. Keith manages the building and renovation side of the business. With nearly 30 years experience of carpentry, brickwork, plastering and roof tiling in building and renovation works, Keith is well placed to manage his team of tradesmen. Mark looks after the groundworks and specialist concreting for Ovamill. He has over 30 years experience in the building and construction sector. He has particular expertise in specialist underpinning, large foundation work and bespoke drainage. We are happy to quote for any building works and groundworks. Quotes are always free and there is never any obligation attached. We can often tailor a quote to fit in with your budget by identifying where money can be saved. We are also particularly good at completing the work in the agreed time. This benefits both you and us. We take a great deal of pride in what we do.

Out with the Old, in with the New!

🏫 Another school project successfully completed, this time in North Walsham!

Our team transformed the existing playground by carrying out excavation and levelling works, installing new turf, a low-level fence, a timber sensory room building, and artificial grass areas.

The result? A safe, modern and enjoyable outdoor space for students to learn, play and explore. A fantastic project to be part of and another great addition to the school community.

Another one of the projects keeping our team busy this summer is this school car park in Bungay. 🚧

We’re carrying out a full reconstruction, including the installation of new storm drainage, sub-base and asphalt surfacing to create a durable, fit-for-purpose space ready for the new term.

🏗️ Making Big Strides in Cringleford

Progress is taking shape on our annexe project in Cringleford.

With the foundations in place, the timber structure erected, external walls installed and the fibreglass roof completed, the build is really starting to come together.

🎯 What a brilliant evening at our staff clay shoot in Wymondham!

Great shooting, great food from the burger van, and even better company. It was fantastic to get everyone together away from site for a bit of friendly competition and plenty of laughs.

We also discovered a few hidden sharpshooters in the team who surprised us all with their clay shooting skills!

A big thank you to everyone who came along and helped make it such a memorable evening. 👏
