We are a construction company who carry out all aspects of works within the industry. We have a team of 20 ranging from office staff, tradesman and apprentices. Our clients are within the commercial sector and we cover central London and all of the south east of England.

Smartroof Construction Ltd are looking to hire Multi-traders to join our ever growing team. We are looking for individuals who know how to do their job and can work alone and in a team environment. As a company we have secured contracts which out-see the year of 2022 so the work will never be an issue.

Our projects range from area to area and you must be willing to travel. We cover central, North, West and East London and all of the south of England.

You must be able to get yourself and your personal tools to a job each day although we do have 8 company vehicles but they are currently all assigned.

If you already have a background with you own team we are more than happy to go down the route of price work if that would suit you better than a day rate but you must be able to take whole projects on if that is the case.

A CSCS card is not vital in the advertised job roles.

We require each individual to have a main trade out of the below and are competent in a few of the others:

1. Carpentry 1st and 2nd fix

2. Kitchen fitting

3. Tiling

4. Plastering

5. Basic plumbing (remove sink, remove toilet, remove radiator etc)

6. Painting and decorating

7. Roofing

8. Floor laying (wood, engineered, vinyl, carpet tiles, carpet)

we are looking to hire multi-traders and carpenters on a subcontractor basis to join our ever growing team. you must have your own tools and transport and be able to commute to a job. our contracts are based all over the south and central London so you must be willing to travel to different areas to get to our sites. We are looking for people to join our team who are up for a challenge and do not mind getting stuck in and the reward for this will be constant work all year round. rates of pay can be negotiated depending on experience and quality of work. we currently have a team of 18 and are growing strength by strength.
