Last week saw us complete the final coat to this new monocouche render for a client in leeming Village. What a difference and has brought a modern touch to this property.

We were asked by this customer to remove the old sand and cement mortar and replace it with hydraulic lime to allow the property to breath better. It also helps that it looks so much better. First pictures are before and after .

Some huge steels here measuring 8.4m and weighing 600kg each. These took some manoeuvring to get them in but we got there . Ceiling timbers are now installed and it has really made this open plan living area. 👍

Dry Rot from the previous post has been cleaned and treated. The above repair works will take place in a week or so.

Interesting dry rot discovery today in a cellar that hasn’t had anyone in since at least 1970. This was first noticed in the flat above due to damage to the staircase and skirting boards. Full treatment will be carried out before replacing the damaged areas.

What a stunning result this
Gave to our clients home. Giving a really bright and open feel. Our knees were sore from this one 😂 but the end result was worth it.
