We were contacted by a customer who was let down by their previous builder to come in and finish their build, so we came in and took out 3 load bearing walls and fitted steels to support, we reconfigured the space to accommodate 2 new bedrooms and a storage room and a new bathroom all with wheel chair access in mind. We then plastered the new spaces and fitted new linings, doors, skirtings and architraves.
We also overhauled the heating system fitting new designer rads and in cut under floor heating to the en-suite.
It was a pleasure to be able to complete this project for a lovely family

We removed the old kitchen and wall between the kitchen and dining room, took out the old doorframe with side window and low level brickwork into the conservatory, removed the fireplace and blocked up the opening. Infilled the opening between the front room and kitchen with block work. Dot and dab plaster boarded the walls in the conservatory, part re wired and plumbed in for the new kitchen, re plaster boarded the ceilings and plastered throughout and fitted new led spot lights, installed a new kitchen, self levelled sections of the floor and layed a vinyl click herringbone flooring from front to back
