This boiler 12 year old boiler hasnt been serviced for over 5 years.

So we recommended a full strip down!

What we found was quite concerning - carbon monoxide was spilling within the boiler from various seals, wrongly adjusted gas valve, condensate trap full to the brim with debris, heat exchanger overheated pitting holes in the baffles, fan underperforming and the prv was leaking.
The customer was advised to replace the boiler but this was not an option at this present time.
So we got to work and got it working 💪
