Another one in Leighton Buzzard, getting this one back to being watertight after some poor workmanship from whoever done the fascia and soffit a few years ago and left the roof with missing tiles and holes.

Finished this one over the weekend. Garage loft conversion. Redland plain tiles back on, dry ridge system and wet verges. Code 3 soakers with code 4 flashinga. Will look nice when the scaffold comes down and cladding is done.
