We’re looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our Facilities Maintenance team as an AC Lead.

If you’re technically strong, enjoy supporting others, and are thinking about moving into a supervisory position, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing
🔹 Provide a first-class service, going above and beyond to deliver high-quality maintenance and reactive works.
🔹 Communicating clearly to customers on issues with equipment.
🔹 Supporting the AC & Ventilation team with technical issues.

Who We’re Looking For
🔍 Strong Air Conditioning background
🔍 Experience working within commercial FM environments
🔍 Excellent technical knowledge and fault-finding skills
🔍 Ambition to progress into leadership
