A large scope of works carried out before Christmas when the ☀️ was still gracing us with its presence. A large Victorian house in Bedford has benefitted from a full new roof using a quality clay tile keeping the character of this beautiful property. We removed all of the dreaded spray foam insulation from between the rafters, we insulated all of the ceiling areas with loft roll insulation, we insulated all of the vaulted ceiling areas with PIR insulation boards, we reduced 1 chimney and repointed two more with NHL lime mortar. Overall a very time consuming project but totally worth it for the finished results.
