A couple of weeks ago we handed over another successful project for Edgar Taylor Construction.

This unused warehouse area for Brady in Banbury is set to becoming a new working area for the company!

Another new project secured.

We are going to be working with the FK Group and The Royal Parks of London on the refurbishment of the Princess Diana Memorial Playground Lavatories.

Diana, Princess of Wales, died on August 31, 1997, at age 36.
A loss that was felt across the globe, Diana was an extraordinary woman and human being and we are proud to be working on such an iconic site that keeps her memory alive.

Update on this new development in the north country side village of Thurleigh.

This development is really taking shape now, plots 1-4 are now mist coated.

Plots 7-9 will be plastered this week with plots 5 and 6 being boarded and skimmed next week.

This just leaves plots 10 and 11 which will have the roof trusses lifted on towards the back of need week.

With only site clearance starting back in October this really is impressive ex*****on on site.

Ground workers are now on site so this will be a matter of months before these beautiful homes are on the market.

Plot 1, five bed.
Plot 2 and 6 four bed.
Plots 3, 4, 5, 10 and 11 three bed.
Plot 7, 1 bed bungalow.
Plot 8 and 9, 2 bed bungalows.

Houghton Regis phase two is also well underway. Four plots competed, another eleven plots mist coated and three more being plastered this week. This development is made up of twenty six units.

Closing the door on yet another project successfully handed over project of an official government building, Admiralty House.

We have completed a full external redecoration package of windows, doors and railings all in time for the Trooping of colour!

Massive thank you to our team! 👏🏼

We have protected the base of these steels before frames structure before it concreted in and the base laid.

The rest of the steel frame work is to be decorated next month on this new storage unit in Cranfield.
