It’s been a busy couple of days for us.

We’ve been hard at work installing a new unvented hot water cylinder and boiler up in the loft, while also getting the underfloor heating system underway downstairs.

Great progress has been made so far, and everything is coming together nicely ñ

A nice little change for us this week.

We swapped out an old gravity-fed hot water tank system and upgraded it to a modern combi setup. The customer went for a Worcester combi boiler on this one—slightly different for us as we usually fit Ideal, but still a solid bit of kit.

Really pleased with how this one turned out. The old system was bulky and a bit dated, whereas the new combi frees up space, gives instant hot water, and much better pressure all round.

Clean, tidy job and a happy customer—can’t ask for more.

Just wrapped up a lovely full central heating installation this week and it’s been one of those jobs that reminds us why we enjoy what we do. The property has now been upgraded with a complete new system and an Ideal Vogue C32 combi boiler — a fantastic, high-quality boiler that’s known for reliability, efficiency and excellent hot water performance.

Another happy customer to round off the week!

Today the team at JBC Plumbing and Heating carried out a lovely combi boiler swap after the old boiler was sadly beyond economical repair. Sometimes it just makes more sense to invest in a new, efficient system rather than keep throwing money at ongoing fixes.

The new combi is now up and running beautifully – more efficient, more reliable, and ready to keep the home warm and cosy.

And we’re back to boilers….

Another busy weekend for the team at JBC Plumbing and Heating

We had an emergency call out Saturday morning for a split hot water cylinder… Never ideal when that happens. After assessing the situation, the customer decided it was the perfect time to upgrade the whole system, so we fitted a brand new Ideal Logic C30 combi.

It wasn’t the easiest of installs! Tight cupboard space to work in, a soil stack running straight through it, and an existing Aqualisa shower pump that needed converting to suit the new high-pressure hot and cold supply. Challenges like this are where experience really counts 👌

We also fitted a radiator in the cupboard to keep everything warm and running cozy.

All in all, a tricky job turned into a great upgrade – another happy customer with a reliable, energy-efficient system ready to go.
