Location: Office Based - Bedford (MK42)
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000
Are you organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service?
We’re looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our growing team.
This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience. You’ll act as the main point of contact for our clients, guiding them through their entire journey from the initial enquiry through to installation, service delivery, and ongoing support.
Working closely with our Customer Service Managers and Customer Service Director, you will help coordinate service and sales activities, maintain accurate records, and ensure customers receive professional and proactive communication at every stage.
🔹 Coordinate customer service and sales administration activities
🔹 Manage customer enquiries and support the full customer journey
🔹 Ensure seamless service delivery and documentation
🔹 Provide professional, solution-focused support to clients
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, adaptable, and customer-focused, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
