The M&J Group is pleased to confirm that we have successfully passed our UKATA audit and are now formally accredited to deliver the NL01 Non Licensed Asbestos Operative course.
This achievement reflects our ongoing commitment to industry leadership in safety, compliance, and workforce development. It serves as recognition of the expertise of our training team and the high standard of practical training facilities we have invested so readily in.
With our new UKATA accreditation, the M&J Group can now fully train and develop our own operatives in house, without relying on external providers for skills and accreditations that are critical for the work we deliver every day.
Training in-house using our Training managers, we now have full control over the timing, quality, consistency and relevance of the training our Operatives receive, ensuring it is directly aligned with the realities of construction and roofing work.
It also strengthens our position as industry leaders, enabling us to build competence from within, respond quickly to operational challenges, and maintain the high standards of safety and professionalism that define our organisation.
