Today, we're gonna talk about the Carbon Monoxide alarms.

In the UK we have a regulation and guidance stating that each room that is equipped in a gas appliance should also have a CO alarm fitted. This applies to rented properties. Although, it doesn't stop You, the home owner, from being safe.

This little device costs between £15-£20 and can save Your life. Especially, when you own an older type of boiler or gas appliances.

You can test it annually by just pressing the button. It's worth it.

Ensure that all gas appliances are properly installed and regularly serviced on an annual basis.
This work should be carried out by a Gas Safe Registered engineer. 🛠️

Hi All!

Been a bit quiet on here lately - that's because some workload, but I'm planning to change that. 😁

Check out some photos of a recent boiler change I completed for a good customer at Harpenden.

The old boiler, with a burned through heat exchanger unfortunately was beyond economic repair, full replacement was the best option. 🛠️🔩

You can't fault a good Ideal Vogue👌🏻
