Today's job...

Was planned to just alter the soil stack so they could finish off the block work and make good with what needed doing.

After a little looking into and realising the state of the toilet - heavy condensation & toilet waste water on a purposely placed plastic sheet. Kind of knew it was time for a new temporary toilet until they are ready to renovate the bathroom.

The toilet had to come out to a degree to loose the iron pipe behind and replace with plastic. Even attempting to reuse the toilet we would have ended with more leaks than we began with.

Just a couple clips to screw up when the block and render work is complete.

Just some tidying up on pipework today. Ready for new floor and tiles to go down. Loosing a few pipes that were unneeded, and cutting some back to reduce the dead legs.

🤩🤩 New radiators. We always try to go for minimal pipework on show.

This one involved removing of old radiators, chasing into wall and installing new pipework work, bringing out the pipes exactly where the new valves are positioned. Leaving a much cleaner and minimal finish ✅️

🤩🤩🤩 a new designer radiator install today. Pipes all chased into the wall. We decided to chase as much as we could due to the fact they may or may not remove some of the units at a later date. What a colour match the radiator is to the units, the valves are matte black to match the accessories 🤩 cant wait to see it all decorated and looking fresh .
