Naturalight Systems Ltd have decided, out of respect for Her Majesty, that we too will recognise this day as a bank holiday which means our business will not operate throughout Monday 19th September. Normal business will resume on Tuesday 20th September 2022.

Naturalight Systems Ltd seek the services of a full-time office/accounts assistant.

The role

* Working along side with the Financial Director and Senior Accounts Manager

* Answering telephones and re-routing calls to the correct departments

* Scanning invoices to system and matching them with the PO making sure the prices are correct

* Checking Suppliers statements to make sure all the invoices are on the system

* General office admin duties – filling, helping in other departments if needed.

Skills/Experience

The successful candidate will:

* Taking care of administrative tasks, such as correspondence, filing and printing

* Have a good telephone manner.

* Demonstrate an ability to multi-task.

* Demonstrate an ability to prioritise tasks.

* Be punctual.

* Be computer literate, able to enter data accurately and swiftly onto the computer system.

* Good organisational skills

* Good customer service skills for telephone

40 hours per week 8am-5pm (Office based)
20 days paid holiday per annum + bank holidays (Restricted holidays within the summer school holiday period)
