To ensure we can prepare the necessary materials and schedule your project efficiently, we kindly ask all customers to note our payment policy:
• 50% of the total payment is required 2 weeks prior to the job start date.
This allows us to purchase materials and make the necessary preparations.
• The remaining 50% is due on the day of completion.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, which helps us deliver your project smoothly and to the highest standard.

CATIO AND DECKING BUILD 🔥

Once again, G.K.Carpentry and Construction have created a pleasant space for our client to relax and know there feline family members are safe. ✅️

At 9 meters long the decking is secured to the house, solid and proped off the ground to prevent rot to the joists. No flex in our work. The catio being a little under 3m wide with enough space for the cats to enjoy the outside and the sun safely. We also relayed a few slabs for our client to create a nice flat path from the gate to the front of the decking. 👍

I absolutely love building these catios and getting to see my clients cats enjoy them. 🐈

All in all took us just over two days. We dont mess about 💪
