"I was leaving for work on Thursday morning and could not unlock the door of my flat. I was locked inside. The lock was old and seems it just gave up. I called Locksmiths of Belfast and Kevin was round to my flat in less than 30 minutes. He tried a few things to get the door open before having to drill out the lock and replace it. He worked fast, was a total professional, and lovely to speak with. The new lock works well. I highly recommend."
