🚀 One Team. One Vision. One 1% better every day!
This week, we brought together colleagues from across M&M Contractors and Mascott Construction for our annual Company Day at the beautiful Hilton Templepatrick!
With teams travelling from across Ireland and the UK, the day was all about connecting people, sharing ideas, strengthening relationships and aligning ourselves for the next phase of growth.
Throughout the day, our teams participated in a series of engaging and interactive sessions led by Ciaran May, exploring what sustainable high performance looks like both individually and collectively. We challenged ourselves to think differently, embrace accountability, focus on the controllables and identify the marginal gains that help us improve by 1% every day.
The energy, openness and engagement in the room demonstrated exactly why our people remain our greatest strength. It was fantastic to see colleagues from different regions, departments and businesses sharing experiences, building new connections and contributing ideas that will help shape our future.
The day concluded with an incredibly inspiring keynote from Dr. Michael McKillop MBE, whose story of resilience, determination and overcoming adversity left a lasting impression on everyone in attendance. His message was simple yet powerful: no matter what challenges life presents, you always have a choice in how you respond. Never give up, keep moving forward and focus on what is possible rather than what stands in your way.
As our businesses continue to grow across the UK and Ireland, days like these are a reminder that success is built on people, culture and a shared commitment to continuous improvement.
