👀🔥 TRANSFORMATION IN PROGRESS — LARKFIELD 🔥👀
Another serious transformation underway by RL Paving & Construction 💪
OUT WITH THE OLD… IN WITH THE NEW! 🏡✨
This one is already taking shape 👇
🔨 Front garden wall completely demolished
🌳 Garden dug out & existing trees ripped out
🪨 Ground prepared with a solid 10" stone base
🧱 50m² of Tegula Heather laid, finished with a Tegula Charcoal border
⬛ Bespoke double step constructed with black granite pin kerbs
🧱 2 new charcoal brick walls built
🪚 25 metres of 1m-high fencing constructed
And we’re not finished yet… 👀
We’re just awaiting the arrival of the limestone copings to finish off the new walls. Once they’re fitted, the composite fencing & gate can be added to complete the transformation. 🔥
The difference already is unbelievable — but wait until you see this one completely finished! 😍👌

Out with the old... and in with a sleek, contemporary new look. 🔥
The first stage of this incredible RL Paving & Construction transformation is now complete.
✔️ Removed the tired, old rail fencing
✔️ Installed premium composite fencing
✔️ Finished with stunning anthracite boards and stylish black aluminium posts for a clean, modern finish that will stand the test of time.

Our latest project in Saintfield is complete, and what a transformation it turned out to be!

✅ Removed and excavated 33 tonnes of soil
✅ Laid 12m² of Silver Mayfair 600x400 paving for Patio 1
✅ Laid 10m² of Silver Mayfair 600x400 paving for Patio 2
✅ Finished both patios with a stylish Graphite Sienna border
✅ Installed 10 metres of ACO drainage channels
✅ Fitted 14 metres of Black Granite kerbs

✅ Old concrete steps removed
✅ 70 metres of new 1.8m fencing installed
✅ 2 handcrafted 1.8m gates fitted
✅ Over 30 tonnes of stone used to establish and strengthen levels throughout the garden
✅ 120m² of Tobermore Mayfair Oat paving (400x400) laid
✅ Finished with Tobermore Tegula Setts (140x170) for a premium border detail
✅ Large 2.4m x 500mm feature steps constructed to patio doors and finished with Silver Granite Fusion edging
✅ Over 20 metres of additional steps and landings built to accommodate the level changes to the front garden, all finished with matching Silver Granite Fusion edging
✅ 20m² of premium 40mm artificial grass installed on the central level

🔨 Transformation Time – Helgar Park, East Belfast 🔨
Another incredible garden makeover completed by RL Paving & Construction.
This project started with a complete rip-out, removing old trees, fencing and decking to create a fresh canvas for a full transformation.
✅ Mixed patio area installed using Tobermore Madison & Stanza paving
✅ Raised patio finished with a Pincurb edging for definition and style
✅ New 1.8m high slatted timber fencing fitted, adding privacy and a modern contemporary look
✅ Unused area beside the garage transformed into a practical storage shed
✅ Matching gate installed to seamlessly tie in with the new fencing design

🔥 COLINBRIDGE TRANSFORMATION – PROGRESSION UPDATE 🔥
Another massive outdoor transformation well underway by RL Paving and Construction 👌
This one has involved serious groundwork, planning & attention to detail to completely reshape the entire space from the ground up 💥
⚒️ Works completed so far:
▪️ Removed all old fencing
▪️ Rebuilt brand new 1.8m high fencing & fitted 2 new gates
▪️ Constructed 20 metres of 600mm concrete retaining wall
▪️ Over 130 TONNES of stone used to build up and set new levels throughout the project
▪️ Laid 150m² of Tobermore Natural Flags 400x400 finished with Charcoal Shannon borders
▪️ Installed 100m² of Shannon Slate block paving with matching Charcoal Shannon border
▪️ Created 50+ metres of pin kerb flower beds
▪️ Built additional 1.2m high fencing stretching 10 metres long
▪️ Hand built Tobermore Grand Slate stone wall — 800mm high x 2.4m long
▪️ Feature wall constructed with modern wooden cladding — soon to be transformed into a stunning bespoke planter area 🌿
