We reduced the accommodation to increase the volume, removed walls, and let the Irish Sea into every room.

Sometimes less is genuinely more.

This terrace in Killyleagh looked like a typical modest street house, with dark rooms, no flow, and completely disconnected from the garden.

But the structure was sound and the potential was obvious, if you knew where to look.

We opened it up, flooded it with light and gave it back its character.

The same house, but with a whole different life.

Extend or move? It's the question we get asked more than any other.

𝗘𝗴𝗼-𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲. It's one of our core values and it matters more than it sounds.

Your home should reflect you, not us. Our job is to listen, solve problems and make your vision work. Not to impose our own.

When you appoint us, you can be as involved as you want, or as hands off as you like.

Some clients want to be across every decision, while others would rather we just get on with it and call them when the kitchen tiles need choosing. Either way works for us.

Planning submissions, construction drawings, building control, contractor management, we handle all of it if you need us to.

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲, 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗥𝗼𝗮𝗱 | Plasterboarding and plaster has moved to the ground floor at Kings Road, with the extension foundations poured and sub walls well underway.

Good progress on site - stay tuned for updates.
