Another project completed, and another happy client!

Another quality transformation completed for one of our returning clients in Lisburn this week.

This project involved the complete replacement of 22 metres of fencing, along with a new matching garden gate.

The existing main fence had deteriorated at the base due to poor drainage and a lack of post rot protection, while the fencing on the left-hand side had reached the end of its service life after years of exposure to the elements.

Our team carried out a full strip-out before installing the new fence. Each main fence post was fitted with the Rot Protection System and set 3ft into the ground to provide a strong, long-lasting foundation. On the left-hand side, we installed all new posts and fence ties to ensure a secure and durable finish.

To complete the project, we built and installed a bespoke matching garden gate, finished with a security locking bolt for added peace of mind.

This week, we welcomed a new client who wanted to refresh their back garden with a brand-new fencing installation.

The existing garden was only fenced along the adjoining neighbours' boundaries, so we were tasked with creating a fresh new fence that not only enhances the overall appearance but also provides the added privacy and security the homeowner was looking for.

Creating new spaces for an existing client this week!

We transformed an unusable area of their garden into a practical, multi-use space that can now be enjoyed all year round.

The project started with the removal of plastic sheeting that was preventing water from draining away around the building. We then treated the heavily w**ded areas and installed a new w**d membrane to restore proper drainage.

Next, we laid a line of blocks and replaced a rotten lower fascia board, treating the new timber with anti-rot protection to help extend its lifespan.

To complete the transformation, we laid and washed 2.2 tonnes of pink gravel before treating the high-traffic areas with resin. This helps harden the surface and prevents the gravel from shifting underfoot, creating a more durable and stable finish.

Another great example of turning wasted space into something functional and attractive for our clients.

Another fencing project completed for a returning location — this time for the neighbour of a client whose fence we installed last week.

The brief was simple: create a matching fence style that seamlessly blends the exterior look and feel of both properties. We're delighted with the finished result and proud to have helped bring consistency to the boundary between two homes.

Another happy return visit to an existing client, this time to replace a boundary fence that had suffered damage during the winter storms.

Despite the rain and strong winds, the team pushed through the challenging conditions to complete the installation to our usual high standard.

The new fence has been installed and protected with rot protection wraps from providing the client with added peace of mind and a 20-year guarantee on the fence posts.

To round off the project, the neighbour came across to ask if we could enhance the side of the fence facing their property. After a quick discussion, a date has already been arranged, and we'll be back soon to carry out the additional work.

New Week, New Client!

Despite the challenging weather, we successfully completed a fence refresh for a new customer, giving their outdoor space a much-needed boost.

While on-site, our client was so pleased with the work that they asked us to undertake some additional jobs, including the removal of further fencing. We also installed and connected temporary wire fencing to ensure their dog stays safe and secure until a neighbouring property replaces the existing concrete rails.

Another happy customer and another project completed with care and attention to detail.

Another fencing transformation completed by the team this week.

We returned to an existing customer’s property this time to give the front fence a full refresh. Rather than replacing faulty sections, the customer chose a full rail and board upgrade to completely improve the look and finish of the frontage.

The gate was also stripped back and fully refreshed to match the new fencing — leaving the whole entrance looking clean, strong, and like new again.

A simple upgrade can make a huge difference to the overall appearance of a property.
