We've been extremely busy the last few weeks trying to get projects finished before the Christmas break.
Plenty off late nights have been done and plenty more will be before we finish.

One of the jobs we have finished in the last week is this semi detached property.

We moved the bigger consumer unit down so it would be inside a cupboard, next we put a new consumer unit in for the economy 7 heaters and changed this to the standard electricity for new electric heaters.

Fault finding was carried out on cables that had been cut and new cables pulled in where they were needed.

Finally we added 14 fire rated spotlights to the property and all new faces on switches and sockets in the property.

New electrical circuits and heaters installed in this arts and crafts room.

We wired four of these heaters altogether between two floors, the heaters are controlled by runback timers so that they can't be left on all the time. There is also a local isolation point beside each heater.

Whilst there we done some fault finding on a water heater where the cables had corroded and stuck together inside some steel conduit.

2nd fix of a kitchen fitted by .kinsella.91 in Belfast this week.

All switches and sockets were changes to brushed satin chrome.
The existing switches for any appliances were moved to a cupboard above the microwave along with any new appliances that were added.

New fire rated spotlights were installed in place of a standard centre light and cob led lighting in the kicker board, this is a seamless led strip where the dotting in normal strip cant be seen.

Finally we installed a new supply for a quooker hot water tap and installed a pop up socket with usb points.

LED lighting upgrade.

We removed the 2x2 flourescent fittings and replaced these with 4000k LED panels.

We have to bring a new supply to these lights to separate them from the downstairs.

We are fitting a new 3 please consumer unit and multiple circuits in the upstairs rooms for the clients new venture.

We had a late one over the weekend digging and installing a supply for this hot tub.
The van ended up provided the light needed to finish digging the track, and the stone wall was the last thing we expected to find once digging started 🙈

We will be calling back to do the final connections and get everything up and running for the client.

New mains supply to centralise the consumer unit for this property.

The existing consumer units is at one end of the property and to allow for future plans it is being moved whilst the property is being rewired.

The room in the picture is also getting a raised floor in the future so all cables were piped to the boxes to allow for this.

We Pat tested some apartments that are in the process of being revamped.
These apartments come fully furnished with all appliances and items that would be needed.
