New on the Sos Stays list: Tinneshrule Farm Lodge, a studio on a working farm in Ferns, Co. Wexford.

No TV. The WiFi's good if you need it, but the point is to switch off. Sheep in the field, hens about the yard, Tom the farm dog to say hello, and Stephanie's art studio nearby for classes and sessions on request.

Sós is the Irish word for a break. This one sleeps 4, and pets are welcome.

We're putting together a proper guest information booklet — the kind you'd actually pick up and read, not just a laminated sheet forgotten in a drawer. 📖

We already have our digital concierge sorting guests out in real time with all the local info they need. This hard copy version is for the nice-to-haves — the stuff you flick through with a cup of tea before you head out for the day.

So we're asking: what actually makes a guest info booklet worth keeping around? Local recommendations, house quirks, emergency numbers, the story behind the name... what would you want in there?
