🔧 CPD Training Day at Temple Electrical Services 🔧

Always learning. Always improving.

We recently brought some of the team into the office for a CPD training session focused on raising standards across our EICRs. The session covered the importance of accurate coding, identifying key observations on-site, and challenging some of the common misconceptions around classification codes.

It’s vital that our reports are not only compliant, but clear, consistent, and genuinely reflect the condition of the installation — giving our clients confidence in the advice we provide.

A solid session with good discussions, real examples, and a chance for the team to align on best practice moving forward.

Recently completed an external lighting upgrade at the Malmaison Hotel Belfast.

All existing floodlights across the building façade were replaced with modern LED fittings, giving the hotel a much cleaner, sharper look while also improving energy efficiency and reducing maintenance going forward.

This one had a few moving parts to get over the line — including out-of-hours working, coordinating access with a tall boom lift, and (as always in Belfast) waiting on the right weather window… along with a quiet period for the hotel.

Delighted to get it wrapped up smoothly — and even better, the finished result looks spot on 👌

🚧 Project Complete – Millennium House, Belfast 🚧

This project involved a full scope of works, including:

We’ve started work on the 3rd floor, upgrading all classrooms and offices to modern LED lighting as part of a wider, phased improvement programme across the campus.

The works are being carried out systematically and in line with college timetables, ensuring minimal disruption to staff and students while delivering long-term benefits.

🔧 We’re Hiring – PPM Administrator / Service Co-Ordinator 🔧

Temple Electrical Services are growing and we’re looking for an organised, proactive PPM Administrator / Service Co-Ordinator to join our team.

This role is key to keeping our planned maintenance and service works running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for coordinating engineers, managing PPM schedules, handling client communication, and ensuring all jobs are completed, logged, and reported correctly.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing PPM schedules and service contracts

Coordinating engineers and subcontractors

Liaising with clients and responding to service requests

Raising jobs, tracking progress, and closing out works

Ensuring paperwork, reports, and compliance records are up to date

We’re looking for someone who is:

Highly organised with strong admin skills

Confident communicating with clients and engineers

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Experienced in facilities management, PPM, or service coordination (preferred but not essential)

📍 Location: Dundonald
💼 Experience in electrical/FM environment is an advantage
