Gem Interior Contracts Limited was proud to deliver the complete interior fit-out and refurbishment of Cordners Shoe Store in Portadown.

Working within a fully operational retail environment on a busy main street, the project required meticulous planning and coordination to ensure the store remained open for business throughout the works. With customer access maintained and regular deliveries continuing as normal, our team carefully phased the programme to minimise disruption while maintaining the highest standards of safety and workmanship.

The completed fit-out has transformed the store into a modern, sophisticated retail space, creating an enhanced shopping experience for customers while reflecting the quality and heritage of the Cordners brand.

From pre-construction planning through to final handover, this project demonstrates Gem Interior Contracts Limiteds ability to successfully deliver high-quality retail fit-outs within live trading environments, on time and to an exceptional standard.

Gem Interior Contracts Limited were delighted and proud to have acted as Principal Contractor for the Big Mamma Group, on the newly opened Gloria Osteria Restaurant located on Dublin’s Westmoreland Street. Positioned beside the prestigious College Green Hotel, the project successfully delivers a contemporary interpretation of a traditional Milanese palazzo over two floors, combining refined craftsmanship with modern hospitality design.

This was a challenging project on various levels; there was an intricate and constantly evolving design plan which remained fluid throughout the build, changing and adapting to the needs of the project on a heritage listed premises.

Working to a tight programme in a live city centre environment demanded excellent lines of communication by all parties throughout the duration of the project, including the coordination of an international project team, to ensure the delivery of a world class project to the Big Mamma Group for their first venture into Ireland.
