These projects range from renovating and extending single dwellings to increase the rental and sales value of the properties to commercial and housing developments on small and large sites. Ivory Architects has been successful in increasing the density on a number of projects that have received planning permission previously for a less dense scheme. The following are examples of how the value of developments has been increased by obtaining planning permission for greater density.
