Meet the Parr Facilities Management Head of Operations in North England, Philip Lomax.

Philip brings a wealth of customer service and customer management experience to the team. His journey into facilities management began with Tameside Local Authority, managing local government buildings and PFI School contracts. As Head of Operations at Parr FM, Philip oversees daily operations, compliance requirements and the management of service contracts in the North of England.

Meet the Parr Facilities Management Regional Director - South, Jason Thomas.

With over 12 years’ experience in the FM industry and additional commercial environments, Jason brings a wealth of experience to the team and knowledge in all aspects of electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance. In his role Jason is responsible for the mobilisation and management of projects and compliance to ensure SLA’s and KPI’s are met. His dedication and ability to build excellent relationships with clients, subcontractors and the wider team, is ensuring a high standard of service across the region. With his leadership, we look forward to expanding our operations further throughout the South of England.

We had an exceptional time attending the IHEEM NI Regional Conference, Exhibition & Gala Dinner 2024 at the Europa Hotel, Belfast. Over the course of two days, Anthony Trimble and Tim Gillen had the opportunity to connect with numerous industry professionals and were inspired by the forward-thinking insights shared by healthcare leaders who are shaping the future of the industry.

The event featured engaging presentations, innovative exhibitions, and invaluable networking opportunities that provided us with fresh perspectives and new ideas to bring back to our practice. The Parr FM team is attending the bi-annual IHEEM Northern Ireland Regional Conference, Exhibition & Gala Dinner 2024 at the Europa Hotel, Belfast on the 14th & 15th May.

The Parr FM Director of Healthcare, Anthony Trimble and Business Development manager, Tim Gillen, will be on-site to discuss the work Parr FM has been carrying out within healthcare trusts across the UK.
