‼️* Smoke Detector Legislation - Feb 2022 *‼️

All homeowners in Scotland are required to comply with the new legislation coming Feb 2022 so there’s only 6 months left to get your home ready.

All homes must have the following:

🔥 Heat detector in kitchen

🔥 Smoke detector in lounge/living room

🔥 Smoke detector in every hallway/landing

🔥 Carbon monoxide detector wherever there is a carbon fuelled appliance such as boilers, fires (including open fires), or flues

Every smoke and heat detector in the property MUST be interlinked. Failure to comply with the new legislation could result in your home insurance being VOID❗️

There are many hardwired & wireless systems available, and a variety of options to suit all budgets.
