Here we have a dry verge installation job that we completed recently in Stanley Common. 🏠

On this job we removed old and weathered mortar from all gables, after this we cut/ extended tiles where appropriate and then installed a modern dry verge system. ✅ One reason for using this method is to allow for more ventilation in the roof so that there is less condensation.

Here we have a worn out lead porch that we recently converted to slate in Matlock.

Here’s what we did:
-Remove old lead sheets
-Install breathable membrane
-Install slates with close mitre detail
-Install new lead flashings

Another job completed. ✅⚒️

Here we have a poorly fitted rubber roof that we recently replaced. 🔨✅

The previous roofers installed a rubber roof on top of the existing flat roof which caused the rubber roof to fail. This is because the adhesive is only designed to stick to OSB boards.

Here’s what we did to rectify the issue with this flat roof:

- Remove all layers of the flat roof
- Remove old and damp boards
- Fix new OSB boards to the rafters
- Install new rubber system with the appropriate adhesive
- Install new edging trims around the perimeter
- Install new breathable membrane above the flat roof
- Add another course of tiles for additional cover above the flat roof
