So great progress on our stunning Benfleet job. The bay windows have been fitted now and we can now finish the acrylic render system to the front. The under floor heating system is well on the way. Pipes being laid over the mats that was laid first on primed floors. Once all in and all taped up we will laytex over to complete.

So underfloor heating system going in. Manifold and mats being installed. Pipes to be run next then latex over ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘Œ

So just a little update on our Benfleet job. We are nearing completion now and all looking amazing. Kitchen and utility going in. Stairs are in but just need the hand rails and spindles fitted. The external acrylic render system is being top coated this week. The backs all done and looks great to. Plumbing and heating system is getting installed to. Electrics 2nd fix is nearly complete and tested.

So at our Benfleet job the progress is amazing. The door sets have all been installed to the kitchen, front door and balcony. They look amazing too. Now the reveals can be done and plastering nearly complete. Doors and skirtings being installed too. The external rendering coming on and soon to be top coated in the acrylic render system.
Scaffold tin lid and sides coming off in a weeks time ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

So today we have screeded the floors and a great effort by everyone ๐Ÿ‘The sash windows are going in and look amazing ๐Ÿ‘Œ
