So it’s been a few weeks since my last update at our Benfleet job.
The progress has been amazing from all the team.
The roof is nearly completed in slates and looks stunning !!
The internal Structual steel work is nearly complete and so is the new layout.
The dot and dab of plasterboard to the walls have been started and ceilings and stud work is being tacked. The plumbing and electrics 1st fix is nearly complete too. The scratch coat external render is done just waiting on the sash window instal to complete it.
Great effort everyone 👌👌

At our Benfleet job the progress is amazing and thx again to all the team as always 👏👏
Roofs are being installed and ready for the slate roof we are going to install. Chimneys are down and floors and walls all tied back in. 1st fix electrics are well on the way and 1st fix plumbing too

So I popped back to our Chelmsford job this morning that we finished a while back and got this from our clients children.
We all got one individually wrote out to each of us.
So this is my one and all the team got their own thank you.
The detail on the front of each of us doing our jobs, Such a lovely thing to do from such lovely children. 😘
What a pleasure it was to work for this Wonderfull family a 2nd time around.
We hope you enjoy your new house as much as we did building it. 👌👏
