Some projects are about much more than installing a new kitchen—and this was one of them.
When we first met the customer, they had been considering purchasing their kitchen through one of the larger national kitchen retailers. After sitting down to discuss their vision, budget and expectations, I knew we could deliver something even better.
As Project Manager and Lead Builder, I used the trusted relationships I’ve built over the years with quality suppliers and skilled trades to put together a package that not only matched their budget but delivered exceptional value and a far higher specification.
Instead of simply supplying a kitchen, we delivered a complete transformation from start to finish.
The customer received a stunning premium shaker kitchen featuring beautiful quartz worktops, a Quooker boiling water tap and a full suite of brand-new Bosch appliances, including:

As with many renovation projects, once we stripped out the old kitchen we uncovered hidden issues, including cracks in the existing ceiling. Rather than taking shortcuts or simply covering them up, we advised the customer to repair the problem properly before continuing.
The work carried out included:

One part of this project that really reflects the level of service we provide was helping the customer choose their flooring.
As they were overseas for much of the renovation, we took care of everything. I made multiple trips to our trusted flooring supplier, viewing different colours, finishes and laying patterns, taking photographs and videos before sending everything across so the customer could compare all the options from abroad. We went back and forth several times until they were completely happy with their choice.
For us, that’s what great project management is all about. It’s not just organising trades—it’s making the whole renovation process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our customers.
