New Worcester Greenstar 4000 combi boiler fitted today for a landlord in Welwyn Garden City for their rental property, the landlord decided they wanted to replace the existing sixteen year old boiler and ensure that the tenant had a reliable boiler for heating and hot water, somewhat fortunately the old boiler had broken down the previous evening and we arrived bright and early with the replacement.
The new boiler came with new thermostat, system filter, scale inhibitors , chemical flush with inhibitors added and a 10 year manufacturer warranty

After being called out to this problematic boiler several times in the past year, each time a different issue, no hot water, no heating or a combination of both , the landlord and letting agent agreed to install a new vaillant ecofit pure 825 combi boiler with system filter so the tenants can have no problems with heating and hot water demand, boiler was also supplied with scale inhibitor and a chemical flush of the radiators to provide maximum efficiency and lower energy bills in the future plus a 10 year manufacturer warranty for peace of mind
