Instalation of a new window at horncliffe done recently.

Ridges removed and replaced with new dry ridge system, slate repairs done as needed, skylight removed and slated over.

Back on it last week after a couple of weeks off with the family, 21 sqm of old felt removed and replaced with fibreglass.

Latest project completed, old timber decking removed, ground base prepped, 13 tonne of type 1 mot borrowed in by hand. New steps formed with sleepers as well as adding a new boundry to keep grass in place. All finished using indian sandstone and blossom gravel. (All picked by the customer)

Gable wall repair and re-paint. Removed damaged bricks, re-pointed where needed, then applied 3 coats of masonry paint.

Latest re-roof, old slates were like chalk and actually soaking up water. Original sarken left in place, new breathable membrane installed along with new spanish slate. New gutter and facia installed to complete the job.

Old felt removed, new decking installed and GRP roofing to finish the job. Parapet wall removed so no lead apron needed for waterproofing.

Burst water main replacement, unfortunately this also split under the steps and needed replaced in the most awkward of places. Trying to break thru winstone was also not fun!

Pointing job that was completed over the winter. Really had to make use of the few "decent" days we actually got between December and February.

Finally some sun and no frost / rain so i can crack on with this pointing job!
