Latest re-roof, old slates were like chalk and actually soaking up water. Original sarken left in place, new breathable membrane installed along with new spanish slate. New gutter and facia installed to complete the job.

Old felt removed, new decking installed and GRP roofing to finish the job. Parapet wall removed so no lead apron needed...
