COVID-19 SERVICE UPDATE: 10th May 2020.

Following this evenings broadcast by our Prime Minister with regards to Covid-19, we can now confirm that as of tomorrow (Monday 11th May) we will be back to TRADING AS NORMAL.

All of our engineers have been equipped with the appropriate PPE required to keep themselves and our customers safe and they have also been fully trained to follow the current Social Distancing and personal hygiene guidelines set out by our government to enable us to resume our normal business.

Please note that if you are showing any symptoms of Covid-19 then we will unfortunately not be able to attend until you are deemed fit and well again, we will also need to undertake a risk assessment before we attend your premises.

Over the past six weeks we have successfully and safely attended Emergency Call-Outs and we have also had empty properties which we are currently renovating that has also allowed us to work which fully conformed with the new legislations that were set out at the start of this unprecedented pandemic.

May we also thank each and every one of you who has liked, shared and promoted our business page.
We are a local family-run business and through your help we have now reached further afield.
It is very much appreciated as it promotes our company to people who may not have been aware of our business, so we thank you very much.

Just a quick message to say that we too are heeding our governments advice and are temporarily closing for the health and safety of our staff, our families, our clients and their families.

We will monitor the situation closely and will be back in business as soon as possible.

In the meantime WE WILL STILL BE UNDERTAKING 24 HOUR EMERGENCY CALL OUTS.

If you do require our services IN AN EMERGENCY during this period then we will attend under the strictest of hygiene conditions.
We will require you to follow our governments advice of staying 2 metres away wherever possible, ensuring that your hands are washed and you are not to make physical contact with our engineers.
We too will be ensuring that we are clean and fit to undertake your emergency job.

I must stress that we will only attend emergencies (I.e loss of power, electrical faults/fires, unsafe cables etc).

We will still be manning our phone, email and post so if you wish to book future jobs in, general enquiries or require estimates then please do feel free to still get in touch.

Another putting his name to again this season is John Fish. The fact that it takes the plumber a mere second to say yes tells you how much he values local football & sport in general. We are absolutely delighted to have his support once again for 2019/20.

John played in black & white for a little while as well as representing some other local clubs before niggly injuries cut short his football career. Despite this, he now gets great satisfaction from weight training / circuits and can regularly be found in the gym!

As a local family run company we couldn’t be any more prouder than to see ourselves associated with the North East’s biggest music festival right here on our Northumbrian shores.

This year Jefferson Electrical are delighted to be one of the official sponsors of the Lindisfarne Festival!
Now in its fifth year, the Lindisfarne Festival has got bigger and better with this year’s headline acts being 90’s indie stalwarts Ocean Colour Scene and the controversial ex-Libertines frontman Pete Doherty with his current band the P**a Madres.
Also in the mix for their third year in a row are the acoustic dance maestros The Showhawk Duo and local North East band legends Lindisfarne.
