BRCA 🤝 Malcolm Miller Berwick and Borders Builder

The second business to be highlighted by our sponsors' celebration feature is Malcolm Miller Berwick and Borders Builder. This company has come on board as one or our Under 10 alternate kit sponsors, and as an Under 10s match sponsor.

Malcolm is a self-employed local builder with over 30 years' experience in the building trade. He qualified in 1991 at Galashiels College with a diploma in advanced craft brick work. In 2010, Malcolm qualfied as a teacher and taught at Northumberland College for a few years, passing on his knowledge in construction.

Malcolm has a wide range of skills and specialises in extensions, drainage work, block paving, concreting, driveways, patios, and general building work.

Been really busy so not posted for a while, hope everyone is safe and well. Crazy times. Stay safe

I am hoping to carry on working as normal until we are told otherwise. Most of my work is outdoors so safety procedures will be in place regarding customer contact for anyone with any concerns. Hopefully the building merchants remain open for materials but it is business as usual.

Garden make over this week.
Front garden was on quite a slope, so leveled the garden by building a concrete block retaining wall for strength to retain the soil.
Then constructed decorative sleeper walls behind the block wall to split level the garden, finished it with decorative slate chips for easy maintanance.
Plants and shrubs will to be added for colour.
