What a transformation…..

We’ve been in Holme on Spalding Moor this week , creating a dream bathroom for a lovely couple. They recently moved into the bungalow and made the decision to upgrade the bathroom first. After a lot of planning the old bathroom was stripped out , tiles off , floors up and pipe work went in to allow us to relocate the basin , toilet, and radiator. The walls have been skimmed , then decorated in a heritage green and finished with a stunning oak look board.
New flooring installed then the anthracite units with toilet and basin went in, a heated towel rail has been fitted that has the option to run on the homes central heating system or a switch . The bath was installed and we made the bath panel from the waste wall board , this gave a far superior finish than the “standard” white plastic panels usually supplied.
A lovely LED back lit mirror finished the room perfectly.

Another bathroom transformed in Beverly this week .
Out with the old and in with the new ! From a dated bathroom to a modern shower room.
We started with a full rip out , the walls have been plastered, wall panels went in , a large low threshold shower tray, and a very nice rainfall shower mixer.
New flooring . A toilet and basin with dark grey cabinets and a heated towel rail finished off a complete transformation.

Another bathroom transformed.
This time in Beverly.
This one was all about ease of access and functionality while keeping a modern feel.
The old bath , basin , and toilet were removed , the dated tiles were stripped out and the old flooring was taken up.
A fresh covering of plaster went on the walls and ceiling, before wall panels went up in the shower area and a coat of grey paint on the walls.
A low threshold shower tray went in , with a glass panel and folding splash screen to stop any water from escaping when the large rainfall head is in use.
We fitted the shower valves far enough away from the shower that the client can turn it on and wait for the temperature to rise before getting wet !
A new basin with cabinet and a new toilet went in next ,before some lovely water resistant flooring. All finished off with fresh skirting and some clever boxing in of some pipe work and the stop tap.

Onto the next , a family bathroom at the other side of Beverly …..

Hall, stairs & landing decorated this week , the bathroom too !

A freshen up at a new home for a returning client.
All the wood work, walls and ceilings have been decorated, and a lovely feature wall paper hung. New light fittings finish it all off.
The bathroom had a coat of paint too, before we go back next year to completely transform it with a walk in shower.

Another stunning transformation in
Middleton On The Wolds.

After stripping out the old bathroom every part of this space has been transformed.
All the walls have been boarded with a graphite grey board , the ceiling has been covered and and water resistant flooring has been installed.
For use ability the clients here decided to go with a large walk in shower enclosure rather than reinstalling a bath , we’ve fitted the control valves far enough away from the rainfall shower head ,so they can turn it on and let it heat up without getting wet themselves.
A stunning run of dove grey cabinets have been fitted , with a very nice curved basin.
All finished off with a mirror that lights up the space in any colour you can think of as well as playing your favourite music !

A lovely ensuite shower enclosure to finish our week in Middleton on the wolds.
The old enclosure and tiles were removed before a new lower threshold tray went in , some wall boards , and a smart new enclosure, and all finished off with a nice black and brass shower with rainfall head.

We still have limited availability pre Christmas if we can help you transform any part of your home !

A kitchen fitted in Beverly this week , with a little help from Reg the site dog …..

We originally fitted a kitchen here a couple of years ago, we’ve been back again this week to install a new one after some fire damage.
This time the customer has chosen a grey door instead of the off white , both look good but we prefer the grey !
You can see we took it from an empty box , through two kitchen transformations .

We still have some availability for December if your home needs a lift before the festive season……

The way we live has changed, modern living is about open plan spaces , time together with family , not separated into different parts of the home.

This lovely but dated family home in the centre of Beverly had a galley type kitchen with serving hatch through into the dining room, to access that dining area you had to leave the kitchen , into the hallway, through the lounge and then into the dining room.
No more !
We’ve opened it up to create a light , bright , spacious kitchen/diner …. We removed the kitchen cupboards, took out the wall , then we repurposed the units we took out, building a large peninsula unit with over hanging breakfast bar and integrated hob. All the customer had to buy was the stunning solid oak worktop which we’ve fitted throughout, we’ve seamlessly biscuit jointed two pieces of worktop to create the top for the peninsula unit.
The room has had new flooring and skirting, some downlighting into the freshly skimmed ceiling.
Still a few finishing touches to complete. But what a difference we’ve made to this property.
It’s now a modern family home, and the value added here far outweighs the money spent.

Job done….

A full transformation of what was originally a garage in Holme-On-Spalding-Moor.

This space has had a few uses over the years, but it’s now a beautiful bedroom with bay windows and a stunning ensuite shower room , all designed to work for wheelchair access for a lovely lady with additional needs.
Walls went up, floor levels went down ,altered to allow an almost seamless transition into the shower , carpets have been removed and replaced with a waterproof floor covering that runs throughout the space allowing better mobility.
The walls have been decorated with a modern light grey , and shower panels in shades of grey compliment it perfectly. The shower, taps and trims in black give a stunning contrast and make this room feel extra special. The old doorway that connected the garage to the kitchen was closed up , and we used it to recess a mirror and create a small shelf above the basin.
Half height bi-folding shower screen has been installed, again to allow wheelchair access and also providing access for carers.

We’ve also fully upgraded the understairs w/c while we’ve been here …..

This really is a total transformation !
