🌟Project spotlight 🌟

Check out one of our latest projects, we have custom built this 12x36ft field shelter from start to finish.

We Installed the concrete pad with a brushed finish allowing grip for the horses. The frame, fabricated from steel gives it a solid structure, with concrete panels at the bottom for more added strength. Then cladded with treated Yorkshire boarding and a brown box profile tin roof.

🐴Equestrian project completed.🐴

Check out this installation of a 20m diameter turn out paddock, perfect for a dry turn out area in the winter months, also used for lunging and small dresarge activities.

Due to the ground conditions we needed to dig out and build up the ground level 1.5 meters. Once the desired levels were in place we then installed post and rail fencing also gravel boards, we then installed 100mm perforated pipe and back filled with 10mm gravel, 1 layer of geoflex membrane then capped off with silica sand and compacted, another layer of membrane, theb we Installed flexie ride surface making it a great surface for the customers requirements.

Last finshing touches to this project was to install the hogging entrance into the turn out and grass seed the around it.

⚠️Drainage updated⚠️

Here we were called into this used car dealership to renew there wash bay Drainage, 💧

✔️We removed the standalone house hold drains and replaced with commercial 160mm cast iron drains, giving the drain more of a chance to keep up with the influx of water while car washing. Also storm water.🫡

⚡️New electrical supply installed ⚡️

Last week we we're called in to install 190m of ducting and a new GRP box in preparation for national grid to hook up,

We Installed a concrete base in preparation for the GRP box then installed 30m of rigid ducting, from the pole transformer and installed 160m of 100mm twin wall flex ducting with a pull cord, also we dug a pit out to make life easy for national grid to join the 3 ductings together,

Finshed off with all areas graded off and grass seeded,

⚠️Trip hazard resolved⚠️

Here at Joe's agri services we were called into this used car dealership to carry out a concrete slab repair, the business owner was concerned of a trip hazard in there dealerships yard, we needed to do a quick turn around,

Making a cut into the existing concrete then brake out the slab and dig out, with all waste recycled,
150mm of MOT type stone and compacted and a252 mesh installed to give the slab extra strength,

The new pour is finshed with a brush finish to give non slip surface for pedestrians and traction, also a bevelled edge to prevent chipping to the sides,

⚒️Civil engineering project completed ⚒️

Check out this civil engineering project completed in Oldbury

Here, we were called in to carry out, some civil engineering works, extend the front and rear entrance to this factory, with a 2m extension with 100mm twin ductings in preparation for the new gates, then install new palisade fencing both sides to retain a secure compand, we Installed new hand rails to separate the footpath to the traffic also assisted with the installation of the two pairs electric 10m gates, making this entrance more secure, and keeping the health safety sector happy with in the company,
