A big thank you to everyone involved as we look back on an extremely busy week! 🙌

📢 AIR CONDITIONING STOCK UPDATE

We now have some single-split systems back in stock! 🙌

We only use brands where we have access to a local manufacturer’s representative and an online registration portal, allowing us to properly support our installations and customers.

We currently have a small amount of refrigerant pipework, trunking and miscellaneous materials available, which means we can just about accommodate straightforward single-split, back-to-back installations.

We also have lots of bookings for larger multi-split systems, but unfortunately we are still waiting for these systems to come back into stock.

For everyone waiting patiently for the bigger installations — thank you! 🙏 These will be booked in throughout the winter, January and into the New Year as stock arrives, allowing us to work through the backlog and get everyone ready well ahead of next summer.

💡 Our advice: If you’re considering air conditioning, now is actually a great time to get it installed.

The demand this summer has been unprecedented, and if demand is anywhere near the same next year, we could potentially see similar stock shortages again. Getting your installation completed during the cooler months means you can avoid the rush and be ready for next summer. ☀️❄️

We are still taking bookings for surveys and are continuing to work through our backlog of quotations. 🙄🤦🏻‍♂️

So, it was advised that it might be a good idea to move into an office away from the distractions of daily life…

When you’re constantly out on the road quoting, working late, and then ending up in the home office at night trying to keep on top of the never-ending admin demands of a busy business, it can be pretty difficult to actually concentrate.

There’s always something going on at home…

🐶 Dogs wanting fuss
🐱 Cats wanting to be let in… then out… then back in again five minutes later
📦 Amazon deliveries arriving
🚪 People knocking at the door
☕ Someone needing something
😂 And the wife wanting to tell me something every few minutes!

Now, don’t get me wrong — these are exactly the things I cherish about home life and I wouldn’t change any of it ❤️

But it was decided that perhaps I needed a quiet office away from all the distractions, where I could finally find some peace, concentrate, and get through the mountain of admin.

So ladies and gentlemen…

THIS is my new “quiet” office. 😂😂😂

⭐️ Another fantastic review! ⭐️

What makes this one even more special is the story behind the job.

This customer had experienced a huge amount of trouble with cowboy builders and tradespeople who simply didn’t turn up or failed to complete what they had promised.

Our job was on and off for over a year, and at times, we honestly thought it might never reach the finish line! But we stuck with it.

We honoured our original quotes and agreed stages, even though the work ended up being completed much later than originally planned and in a very different order to the customer’s initial plans.

We also stepped in and completed additional works that other tradespeople had left behind or simply hadn’t returned to finish.

For us, it’s all about doing what we say we’re going to do, standing by our work and being there for our customers — even when a project doesn’t go exactly to plan.

A massive pat on the back to everyone involved 👏

This customer had an older conventional boiler system, so we carried out a full conversion to a modern, efficient combi boiler system.
