Project – Battle Pavilion
Different team. Same result.

This was a big project to deliver in a tight timeframe, but we went all in to provide a building the local community truly deserves. The works for us included a full electrical package, ventilation, fire alarm system, CCTV, and air source heating controls.

Over 10 years in the planning, with fundraising through multiple avenues, this project was a long time coming. Once on site, the build itself took around seven months from start to finish.

A huge thank you to Tom and Jay from TRE for helping us deliver the project to the high standard we expect on every job of ours. Anyone who knows me knows I can be very particular — even about the smallest details.

Finally, thanks to Bellco Construction for giving us the opportunity once again to work alongside them on another community project. On whatfeels like our millionth job together over the last nine years.

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Self Employed Qualified Electrician to join our team.

About the Role:

• Self-employed position.

• A varied workload across residential and commercial projects all generally based locally within East Sussex.

• Opportunity to earn between £50,000 – £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and skill set.

Requirements:

•Fully qualified electrician (test & inspection certification preferred).

•Own van and tools required (specialist test equipment can be provided if necessary).

•Strong knowledge of current electrical standards and regulations.

•Ability to carry out work to a high standard with attention to detail, this is a fundamental requirement.

•Presentable, courteous, and professional in dealing with clients and contractors.

•Good communication skills.

We need someone who takes pride in their work, can manage tasks independently, and represents the company well on site, a flexible and proactive approach is key.

The team done a great job tidying up this temporary install by the plumber to get the client up and running, a lot of electricians don’t like heating systems whether conventional or more modern renewable systems like Air Source / Heat Pumps but to be honest the more complex the better 😍
