Previously completed job of a water damaged property. Ceilings needed painting in “Matt white”. Walls needed filling, sanding down and re-painting in magnolia (some more than others due to the water damage), skirting boards and woodwork needed re-glossing in “white gloss”. Door had a chunk missing out which we managed to fine fill (x3) sand down then Re-gloss (x3). (Before and after pics below)

Time completion of this property was approximately 5 days.

Woodwork was done in ”diamond black low sheen egg shell” and “soft cashmere”.

Walls were sanded down and also completed in “soft cashmere”.

Previously completed a heavily water damaged apartment which had not been touched in a few years. We gave the whole place a nice freshen up with “Matt white” paint (2 coats) and all woodwork completed in a “high sheen” white gloss (2 coats). All water damaged areas were fixed with stainblock (3 coats).

We managed to complete this property in 5 days leaving it looking fresh and brand new👌🏽.
