This ceiling needed coming down and Re-plasterboarded. Usually you can get away with leaving the old ceiling up and just overboard, but not in this case. I kept the old wooden laths on and carefully removed the old Lime plaster, just so all the dirt from over the years didn't fall down and make more of a mess. Turned out well in the end. Awaiting the customers feedback.

Its not very often I work on a Sunday, but I needed to get this job done, to stay on track for next week. Just had a lovely text message from the customer, who is extremely happy with the work. 😊😊😊

Getting this room done by Tuesday. Didn't go to plan, as all the walls needed removing. You wont believe the transformation. More pictures to follow.

Garage conversion all skimmed up. Customer did most of the boarding out. I just finished some small areas and then skimmed it up.

What a job this was. Got it all done even if it was bloody hot 🔥 I took off all the old skirting boards and Architrave to all for the Thistle bonding and skim coat. All tidied up and one happy customer.

Started this job yesterday. All ceilings and walls to be skimmed over. Big task, long days coming. But, it will look 100 times better when finnished.
