🤫 Here’s an exciting sneak peak at the work in progress on a project that will soon be finished up at - a total revamp of the studio to bring it in line with the rest of the gym is in the works. Using RTI and Madrix this smart installation is set to revolutionise all lighting installs.

🚧 Bideford Long Bridge to Close Overnight – Drivers Face Disruption This Week 🚧
Motorists are being advised of upcoming overnight closures on Bideford Long Bridge, set to take place from Monday 11th May to Friday 14th May 2026.
The bridge will be closed to all vehicles between 7:00pm and 6:00am each night, while essential works are carried out to replace 48 LED light bulbs. The project is being completed by a joint team from Bideford Town Council, D S Electrical and Nick Sampson Transport.
Good news for those on foot – the bridge will remain open to pedestrians at all times.
Bideford Town Council has thanked the public for their patience while the work is completed, which will restore the bridge lighting to its full effect.
This is likely to impact evening and early morning journeys, so drivers are encouraged to plan ahead.

After a 4:30am wake-up call to say the main room lights weren't working after a power cut overnight, I had to get a wriggle on and get my tired ass to the gym at an ungodly hour this morning. 😩😭

There are sooooo many of you nutters in there training at stupid o'clock nowadays. Like wtf?! 😱

How do you do it? Seriously how?? 😴

Smiling, dressed, looking like proper-awake humans & ready to train hard at that time of day is inspirational.

And there's lots of you! Over 30 people had come in by 6:30am. 🤯

It was really lovely to see everyone and I'm inspired....but I'm tired.....so don't expect me back in at that time any time soon! 😘
