Completed with; Crest smooth grey Planum tiles, Permavent Apex membrane and grade A treated JB red battens. As well as Manthorpe verge caps, Danelaw dry ridge system, hip trays and EPS trays.

We also; removed all the old fascias, soffits and gutters, and installed solid timber frame work followed by new fascias, soffits, gutters and downpipes.

End of terrace.

Completed with; Crest black Planum tiles, Permavent Apex membrane and grade A treated JB red battens. As well as Manthorpe verge caps, Danelaw dry ridge system, bonding gutters and EPS trays.

We also; repointed and flaunched the chimney, installed new code 4 lead flashings to make watertight, repointed some of the gable end and installed a common swift bird box to re-home a family we disturbed in the process of installing new barge boards.

Detached annex, two porches & vertical elevation.

Completed with; Polaris canton ultra slates, Permavent apex membrane and JB red battens. As well as a Danelaw dry ridge system, all new code 4 lead flashings and lovely traditional hand cut slate verge details.

It was a pleasure as always to work with slate and do it properly with graded slate hooks, copper nails and a traditional slate hammer & iron.
