It was a pleasure to design and build this bespoke garden room with separate storage area for a returning client.

Fully insulated, double glazed window and sliding door with it's own power supply for use all year round. Finished with low maintenance single ply rubber roof and composite cladding.

Perfect space for a quiet reading spot, home gym or even a 'man-cave'. What would you use it for?

Completely removed this old roof that was extremely water damaged due to failure of the felt covering. Replaced with new rafters set higher for more headroom internally. Integrated a new roof light to bring as much daylight as possible into the room. Rubber single ply waterproof finish to prevent future leaks. Internal walls straightened, insulated and sheeted.
